Services to Shipyards :-

Our objective is to assist Shipyards to make a Step Change in the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations at an economic cost. This can be in servicing new markets with new products or with the objective of beating competitors manufacturing or repairing similar products for existing markets. Working with clients to maximise the potential of their existing or proposed new operations is our business. Much of this work is concerned with minimising waste - be it use of people, materials or facilities.

The required Step Change in Performance may involve all or any of the following activities as required:

- Development of concurrent engineering techniques
- Design or redesign of products to improve ease of manufacture
- Supply chain development
- Update manufacturing & materials handling methods including specify, procure and commission the equipments required
- Update production programming methods
- Introduce new quality, health & safety or environment related systems
- Evaluate people training requirements and development of programmes
- Project Management of the above including any facilities updates required

Services to Ports :-

As for Shipyards, our objective is to assist Ports to make a Step Change in the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations at an economic cost. This can be in the provision of services to new markets or additional services to existing customers. Working with clients to maximise the potential of their existing or proposed new operations is our business. This can be by improving the utilisation of facilities or people - or the improvement of the application of systems.

The required Step Change in performance may involve all or any of the following activities as required:

- Improvement of interfaces with port users and the port authority
- Identification of the impact of local, or national regulatory requirements on port operations
- Assistance in the identification of low cost economic investment programmes to enhance the ability to service existing or potential demand
- The improvement of the availability of plant and equipment or the specification, procurement and commissioning of new equipments
- Introduction of new quality, health & safety or environment related systems
- Evaluate people training requirements and development of programmes
- Project Management of the above including any facilities updates required
